INTRODUCTION:
This intends that there is a cerebrum issue that happens all the more frequently with maturing. What is a gentle mind? This is essentially a phase that falls somewhere close to typical maturing and dementia, a state in which the cerebrum doesn't work by any means. So what does this mean that the problem will come from memory, you will not remember anything, or the issue will come in thinking and judgment, in the ability to think or in language, it will come that you were saying this, they were speaking or speaking.
How Mild Cognitive Impairment is a combination of many things? This means that if you have such a disease i.e. brain cognitive impairment, then you will know that your memory or mental function has slipped, that is, you will know that there is something wrong. What's more, your loved ones will likewise take note. There won't be so many saver changes that your daily life starts to become a problem. It is called mild cognitive impairment. What happens in this is that the risk of developing dementia like Alzheimer's disease increases. And there are some people in whom mild cognitive impairment does not progress and the patient begins to recover gradually. So what will Brian do, like your body parts, they also need rest? It keeps changing with its age and gradually with age it also starts to undergo changes. So many times we get forgetfulness with age that we are forgetting a bit more and it is taking a bit longer to remember a name or a task etc. But if it is happening consistently and for a longer period of time If so, it may be that your mental performance is moving towards mental cognitive impairment.
What is involved in cognition?
One is that you will have amnesia and you will forget if there is an event or an appointment. If you have gone to another topic while having a conversation or were talking about books or movies and you start saying something wrong, that means you have mixed up one or two movies. Somewhere you are having more difficulty in making a decision, planning something, in following instructions or finding something in the familial environment, or your judgment is becoming impulsive. Noticing things. And this mild cognitive impairment, which is many times, can also come due to other problems, like if a person is in a lot of depression, in a lot of aggression, or if someone is in anxiety, then in such a case, cognitive impairment can occur.
Causes of Mild Cognitive Impairment
Currently, it is not at all that it is straight-up Alzheimer's disease, but there are some changes that develop in them. Those changes determine whether they are causing cognitive impairment. Not temporary ones. Permanent causes include certain types of proteins that are deposited in the brine as abnormal clumps of beta-amyloid proteins that are microscopic protein clumps. Those are also called tow proteins. Actually, beta-amyloid proteins cause Alzheimer's disease. In addition, Lewy bodies, which are microscopic clumps, may also be deposited. Anyone who can develop dementia and many times has small strokes, and small blood vessels closing due to clots. In the long term, there are minor ischemic injuries, i.e. due to lack of blood, injury due to lack of oxygen, these small parts are damaged so much that symptoms begin to appear. It can be detected only by EMR of the brain. Or many times it happens that there is a region of the brain for memory which is called the hippocampus. If the ventricles inside the brain are filled with fluid, if that part is enlarged, or if this part of the CNS is closed, such symptoms can still occur due to pressure. And many times can also come due to reducing the use of glucose because sugar is a primary source of energy for the brain cells.
Genetically i.e. even if someone in the family has this disease, it can be passed on to you.
Also, alcohol consumption and smoking are more common among people who do more.
