But we continue to ignore our brain until a problem arises. Especially when most people over the age of 60 have problems with coordination, this is where the hands and feet do not work properly, this is where some weakness comes. Until these problems come up, we continue to ignore them. If you want to keep your mind sharp, you have to challenge your intellectual abilities.
1)Sleep
The most important thing for brain health is your sleep. Sleep is such an essential thing for the brain that you cannot stress. And the duration of this sleep from 7 to 9 hours is very important. When you sleep, beta amyloid proteins are released from it. When these proteins accumulate at a high level, you may develop dementia, which we call ALZHEIMER'S disease. When you sleep well, beta amyloid is released. Sleep in itself is one of the most important things for brain health. Which people are usually losing, some may be 4 hours, some may be up to 5 hours. Sleep is a biggest problem from all over the world. So sleep is very important. So it's okay if you don't get enough sleep sometimes, but when it happens every time, you may face depression. So what you have to do to go to sleep is to turn off all the digital things like mobile phones, etc., one hour before going to bed, and 30 minutes before. Try to relax from whatever worries you have. Not getting enough sleep will not solve the problem.

You have to be socially active. You have to have social interaction. As much as you stay away from people, your confidence level is not built up. Because by talking to people, the confidence level is built up in you. Improve your ability to communicate with people. You should be able to interact with people on any topic. Be as social as possible.
Challenging yourself intellectually
You should keep trying new things in your life, not only in childhood and youth, but as you grow older, you should keep trying new things. Increase your intellectual power. There is no need to solve puzzles for that, there are many other puzzles in life. Your approach should be different for each issue.
