All these types are found in mentally suffering persons and they vary among patients. But Major Depressive Disorder is the most common and occurs in most people with depression. And its cases have increased the most since the advent of smartphones and social media. According to WHO, one out of every 5 people in the world suffers from depression.
Symptoms of Mental illness:
Symptoms of mental illness are mostly seen in teenagers:

In which depressive mood, overthinking, mood swings, illogical thinking, unusual behavior, sleeplessness, negative thinking, suicidal thoughts, etc. Can be seen in this state.

There can be many reasons involved for this. Our biological factors such as our genes or our brain chemistry, love experiences, an accident or childhood abuse, your family's mental health history, head or brain injury, health problems, or a bad habit, this is addiction.
Levels of Mental illness:
Level 1
Mostly mentally depressed people can recover themselves in some time with the help of some knowledge and effort.
Level 2
In our own efforts, we need the support of family friends, and partners.
Level 3
Major is the level at which we need our close people and doctors.
But if we take the help of doctors and experts in level 1, it will be better for us. Because mostly most of us don't have much knowledge about it. But if we feel we are at level 1 or we want to keep our mental health good, we can do it by making some changes in our habits and lifestyle.
Methods to Improve Mental Health:
If we want to keep our mental health good throughout our life, we can do it by changing our lifestyle and daily habits.
1) Start your day off right. Familiarize yourself with work for at least an hour in the morning. Add positive habits like physical exercise, book reading, and meditation in your time.
2) Learn to handle stress and anger.
3) Stay away from any kind of addiction or bad habit.
4) Never compare yourself and your life with others.
5) Stop overthinking
6) Maintain good relations with people. Realize that everyone is different and not everyone will like you.
7) Doubting yourself, having low confidence, or thinking of yourself as a loser are all lies that your mind tells you. So learn to handle such thoughts.
8) Take a healthy diet every day.
9) If anything is bothering you, you can share it with others.
10) Replace short-term thinking with long-term thinking.
11) Minimize phone and social media use as much as possible.
12) You have to get a good sleep according to your body's requirements.
